TREASURY BRANCHES DEPOSIT FUND
EXEMPTION REGULATION

Exemption

1   The Minister of Finance and Enterprise is exempt from the application of section 80.1(1) and (4) of the Financial Administration Act in respect of the incorporation or acquisition of the following corporations on behalf of the Treasury Branches Deposits Fund:

                                 (a)    669017 Alberta Ltd.;

                                 (b)    661050 Alberta Ltd.;

                                 (c)    669020 Alberta Ltd.

Coming into force

2   This Regulation is deemed to have come into force on October 14, 1993.
