ALBERTA HERITAGE FOUNDATION FOR
MEDICAL RESEARCH EXEMPTION REGULATION

1   The Alberta Heritage Foundation for Medical Research is exempt from the application of section 80.1(1) and (4) of the Financial Administration Act in respect of its acquiring of a subsidiary corporation the Alberta Foundation for Health Research.
