Farm Credit Stability Act

LENDING INSTITUTIONS REGULATION

1   Pursuant to section 5 of the Farm Credit Stability Fund Act, the following lending institutions are designated as lending institutions with which the Minister of Finance and Enterprise may enter into agreements for the purposes of the Farm Credit Stability Fund Act:

                                 (a)    banks;

                                 (b)    credit unions incorporated in Alberta;

                                 (c)    Treasury Branches;

                                 (d)    the Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation.
